Organizational Structure

Orphan Cry is an IRS Approved 501(C)3 Non-Profit Organization & Non-Denominational Christian Ministry.  Our sole purpose is to minister to orphans and other children at risk in and around the Kaluga  region of the former Soviet Union.  We share the message of God's love for them and provide much needed humanitarian aid such as food, clothing, medicine, toys, love and attention.
